SPRING WALK

Wednesday 13th April 2016

This will be led by Linda Sellers in Wickwar and Wetmoor Woods, meeting in the High Street, Wickwar outside the Buthay Inn (GL12 8NE) at 10am for a 10.15am start.  The walk is a little over 4 miles across downland, over a few fields and along an ancient woodland track with a few short climbs.  Possibly muddy in woods so make sure suitable footwear is worn.  Cost per heard to participate is just £1 and everyone is welcome.

BIRDGIRL

Mya-Rose Craig is a young birder, birdwatcher, twitcher, naturalist, environmentalist & writer about birds, wildlife, nature, conservation & ringing (banding) and, recently named, one of the most influential young Bristolians.  She has a regular column in the Chew Valley Gazette.  Her mother will accompany her and will also give a short talk on a recent wildlife visit.
Members £8.00      Non-Members £9.00

PASTEL PAINTING DAY

Chewton Keynsham Mission Church,
(postcode district BS40, 2 miles from Keynsham)
10.00am – 3.00pm

The tutor for the day will be local artist and experienced teacher Susan Macey. Coffee will be available from 10am for a 10.30am start to 3pm finish.

Members only £20.

Please bring a packed lunch.

Further details about materials will be included with your ticket.
