It helps with depression, increases energy, is sociable and even tightens the core – it’s official, singing is GOOD for your health! Sarah Kettlety, local Music Teacher and Choir Leader, is our November ‘speaker’ and she professes to get even the most tone-deaf to sing. You’ll walk away with a smile on your face and possibly humming a tune that you just can’t get out of your head! And if you can’t get enough music then contact her afterwards for details of her fun ladies’ choir, as well as piano/singing lessons.
Usual time and place for the November meeting – Wednesday 5th, 7.30 for an 8.00 start at the church hall, Bathwick St Mary’s at the bottom of Bathwick Hill.
